Access to Finance Rwanda (AFR) is a catalyst with a mission to increase the resilience of low-income income households in Rwanda. In 2019 it launched the Inclusive Client-Centric Cycle project dubbed I3C, that helped three insurers to develop customer-centric insurance solutions for over 120,000 low-income households in only one year as detailed in the box on the following page.
