I am DFID Rwanda’s economic adviser focusing on financial sector development, private sector led growth, economic analysis and reporting. During previous roles I have worked on designing and implementing a job creation programme in Lebanon, economic analysis for DFID’s chief economist’s office and growth diagnostics. Before joining DFID most of my work was on education economics and public financial management. I did various consultancies for international organisations and worked on public financial management at the Ministry of Education in Malawi. I hold a master in economics from the London School of Economics.
