Ms. Claire Munazirikazi, is the Head of Monitoring and Results and Measurement, Learning and Communications (MRMLC) for Access to Finance Rwanda. Before this role, she served as the Monitoring and Results Measurement Manager. She has been involved in M&E over the last 10 years, with different organizations such as UN World Food Programme and other two USAID health projects implemented by Chemonics International and Elisabeth Glaser Pediatric Aids Foundation consecutively. Claire is a computer scientist with expertise in data management, from design, data collection, supervision, analysis, and storage. She has been supporting research conducted in the above organization to inform development initiatives. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer science from the National University of Rwanda.
