Nkurunziza Christophe is currently the Project Manager for e-commerce and digital financial services in charge specifically for the Ihuzo Project. He is a certified e-commerce coach by the International Trade Centre. He has an extensive career spanning over 7 years in the digital economy and digital financial technology products areas. Before joining AFR, Christophe worked with International Trade Center on different e-commerce projects as a national consultant. He was also leading the team at Lipa Later, an East African-based Asset financing company where he served as a Regional Manager for Rwanda.
Christophe holds a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering from Kigali Institute of Science and Technology, and he is a 2017 Business Fellow of World Bank’s and IHUB Traction Camp in Kenya and a 2015 These Numbers Have Faces business fellow. He holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification obtained in 2021. Christophe also earned different certificates in entrepreneurship, e-commerce, business management, and Financing in trade Services.
Christophe believes that Digital commerce and digital financial services are the future of Rwanda.
