Vincent Habumugisha joined AFR in October 2020, his experience in project management, M&E, and research spans over more than 12 years. Vincent’s expertise areas include community development, humanitarian response, education, economic empowerment, youth empowerment, early childhood development, human rights, and e-commerce.

He worked for different institutions and NGOs such as Chemonics, VVOB, Plan International, AJPRODHO, National Youth Council, Right to Play and National Institute of Statistics of Rwanda. Vincent holds   a master’s degree in Project Planning and Management.
