Ms. Waringa Kibe has been in the financial sector space for the last 25 years having worked with various organizations such as Faulu Kenya Microfinance Bank, the African Rural and Agricultural Credit Organization (AFRACA), the World Council of Credit Unions (WOCCU), Global Communities and now Access to Finance Rwanda (part of the FSD Network of organizations in Africa).

She has lectured in Microfinance at Strathmore University and been a Bankers without Borders (BwB) Volunteer. Waringa is passionate about making financial markets work for inclusive growth and leveraging opportunities provided within the informal sectors in Africa through appropriate formal linkages.
