Dear Prospective bidder,

RE:     REQUEST FOR SYSTEM UPGRADE TO MICROSOFT DYNAMICS 365 BUSINESS CENTRAL.

AFR invites your proposal for upgrade of the Current Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2017 to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

The Tender includes the following documents:

• Section I          –           Request for proposals
• Section II        –           Information to Bidder Specific information to Bidder
• Section III       –           Technical proposal
• Section IV       –           Financial proposal
• Section V        –           Terms of Reference

Bidders are required to submit separate technical and financial proposal as clarified in the RFP under the instructions to bidders. Completed bid documents shall be submitted using the email address procurement02@afr.rw clearly marked with the RFP number and name addressed to the Chief Executive Officer

Bids must be submitted on or before Friday October 6^th 2023 at 17:00HRS. (CAT).

Upon receipt, please inform us:

1. that you have received the request for proposal
2. whether you will submit a proposal for the assignment
