Phiona Uwase

Uwase Phiona is an Investment Facilitation Specialist at Access to Finance Rwanda (AFR), where she supports SMEs and program participants through investment readiness, due diligence, performance monitoring, and stakeholder coordination.

Her professional experience spans investment facilitation, financial and operational analysis, project monitoring, and data-driven reporting, with prior roles at One Acre Fund, Dalberg Advisors, and the Rwanda Development Board.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Business and Trade from the African Leadership University and specializes in SME financing, business analytics, and inclusive enterprise development.
