In early October 2020 Access to Finance Rwanda and BFA Global undertook a scenario approach to understand how AFR could adjust its strategy and programming to address the opportunities and challenges presented by the pandemic. Scenarios are not forecasting or predictions, but plausible stories, based on data, about how the future might unfold, to understand the drivers of change in digitization with a guiding question:
